If you see a duplicate charge and paid via PayPal, please note that this is simply a pre-authorization. One of the charges will be automatically refunded within a few days. This is a common occurrence with online PayPal transactions. If it does not return within 1 week, please reach back out to us again on here.
All tubes have an expiry date at least 1–2 years ahead. The date on the crimp (ridged end) is the manufacturer’s date, not the expiry date, and should match the date and batch on the carton. The expiry date appears only on the carton.
