  • We offer standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days.

  • International purchases are not available, so customs duties and import taxes do not apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned for any reason within 15 calendar days, provided they are sealed, completely unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are not available.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Tracked return shipping is required. Customers must provide a tracking number when returning items.

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item.
