  • Customers can checkout as guests or create an account.

3. Orders & Payments

  • We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards.

  • We do not charge VAT or sales tax.

  • Customers may request to cancel or modify an order by contacting us. We will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched. If it has not yet been dispatched, we can process the change or cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final. If you later wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for return postage costs.

    All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via tracked services.

  • For countries outside the UK, shipping times may vary slightly due to customs checks, local delays, or seasonal volume. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before placing an order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned for any reason within 15 calendar days, provided they are sealed, completely unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are not available.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Tracked return shipping is required. Customers must provide a tracking number when returning items.

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item.

6. Product Information & Liability

  • We provide disclaimers regarding skincare product results (results may vary).

  • Everlume is not responsible for allergic reactions or side effects. Please review product ingredients before use.

  • Certain products may not include a printed leaflet inside the packaging. This does not compromise authenticity, quality, or compliance with applicable standards.

    We provide detailed information regarding product strengths, directions for use, and important guidance on every product listing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before use.

    Questioning or disputing the legitimacy of a product solely due to the absence of a leaflet will not be accepted. All products are genuine, sourced from trusted suppliers, and meet required regulatory standards.

7. Authenticity Disputes & Refund Requests

  • All of our products are 100% authentic. If a customer disputes the authenticity of a product and demands a full refund, this will be treated as a serious claim. In such cases, a permanent ban from making future purchases will be applied.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users must:

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities.

  • Not abuse promotions, discounts, or offers.

Everlume reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts for violating these terms.

9. Eligibility for Rate & Save Coupons

To qualify for a Rate & Save coupon, customers must:

  1. Submit a 5-star review of their purchase.

  2. Include an original and authentic photo with the review. The photo must be taken by the customer and cannot be sourced from Google, stock images, or any third-party content.

  3. Ensure that the content complies with all other review guidelines on our platform.

Coupons will only be issued once reviews and photos meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify submissions and withhold coupons if content is found to be inauthentic or sourced externally.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including brand name, logo, images, and product descriptions, is protected.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Everlume is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or third-party issues, including payment providers and shipping carriers.

  • Customers who initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, without first attempting to contact us to resolve the issue may be permanently banned from using our website and services.
