Orders are typically dispatched the next working day, with a maximum processing time of two working days.
For instance, if your order is placed on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped on Monday, and no later than Tuesday.
Similarly, an order placed on a Tuesday will usually be dispatched by Wednesday, and at the latest by Thursday.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- If you chose Tracked 48 or Free Shipping, your order will arrive within 3–5 working days. For example, if your order was placed on a Friday, the latest it would arrive is the following Friday, which marks the 5th working day.
- If you selected Tracked 24, your order will arrive within 2–4 working days. So if your order was placed on a Friday, the latest delivery would be by Thursday of the following week—the 4th working day.

Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as it’s before 11pm on the day you placed your order. Just let us know, and we’ll update it for you!
If it’s been 3-5 working days and your order still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us or send us a message. We’ll help you track it down, or we’ll send you another one!
If you miss your delivery, don’t worry! Royal Mail will attempt redelivery on the next working day. If you’re unavailable, they’ll leave a ‘Something for You’ card with details on how to collect your item or arrange another redelivery. You can choose to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch. Alternatively, you can schedule a redelivery by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail app/website.

You’re welcome to return your item for any reason, as long as it’s still sealed and sent back within 15 calendar days of delivery. Returns postage will need to be covered by you, and we kindly ask that you share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp so we can keep an eye on it for you. 💕 As soon as we receive it, a refund will be on its way to you.
