Shipping Policy

At Everlume, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping to our customers. Below are the details of our shipping process:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

  • United Kingdom
    • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3–5 business days
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping (Tracked Service)
    • Republic of Ireland: 4–8 business days
    • USA (Mainland only): 5–10 business days
    • Australia (Mainland only): 6–12 business days
    • Canada: 6–10 business days
    • France (Mainland only): 4–8 business days
    • Germany: 4–8 business days
    • Italy (Mainland only): 5–9 business days
    • Netherlands: 4–8 business days
    • Spain (Mainland only): 5–9 business days

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £35.

  • For orders under £35, standard shipping fees will apply at checkout.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your account dashboard.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please check your country’s customs rules before placing your order

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your tracking has not been updated in 3 working days, please reach out to us.

  • In the rare event that your order is lost, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible — either by email or through our contact form.

    We’ll do our best to correct the address if your parcel has not yet been dispatched.

    However, if the order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes. In that case, you may need to try retrieving the parcel from the address you originally provided.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped and instead request a refund, we will first inspect the items to ensure they are in the same condition as when sent. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund for the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Damaged Parcels & Missing Items Policy

  • We take great care when packaging and shipping your order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can assist you promptly.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged:
  • You must take clear photos of the parcel before opening it. Photos must show:
    • The outer packaging, including any visible damage
    • The shipping label clearly.

       These images are required so we can submit a claim with Royal Mail.

  • Important:
    • If the parcel is opened before photos are taken, or if the outer packaging is discarded, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund or replacement, as this removes the evidence required by Royal Mail to prove damage, missing items, or theft during transit.
  • Missing or stolen items:
    • Claims for missing or stolen items can only be investigated if:
      • The damaged parcel and packaging are fully documented with photos before opening. Without this proof, Royal Mail will not accept a claim, and we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
  • How to report a damaged parcel:
